Job Description

Royal Flush Marketing help businesses across any sector, to find the most effective marketing activities to help them achieve their business objectives.


We’re a bit different from your usual creative marketing agency, as we don’t offer a set approach to marketing – we explore different routes to determine the best mix of activities to provide the best return on investment.


Our work is varied but usually revolves around researching markets, analysing data, creating marketing strategies, marketing plans and social media plans, coming up with ideas for advertising and marketing campaigns and organising/managing creative projects to turn the ideas into reality.


We have an office in Llandudno and we’re flexible on working from home and in the office. The role is full time – 37.5 hours per week and we’re flexible on start and finish times to suit. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the business, and we want to invest in that person’s future with us.

Salary:             £25,000 PA

Hours:             37.5 Monday to Friday, flexible working, can work from home with some office days

Benefits:         Auto-enrolment pension, birthday off, training

Holidays:         25 days plus bank holidays


Experience:     2-3 years relevant marketing or research experience required; graphic experience would be desirable but not essential.
